We require to stop applying Retin-A, Retinols, or prescribed acne creams 3 days before wax to avoid burning of  skin. We recommend waiting at least 24–48 hours between waxing & tanning. Waxing exfoliates the the top layer of dead skin cells & skin may burn or become irritated due to sensitivity of sunburned skin.

Also avoid taking any blood thinning medication (aspirin, ibuprofen) before to avoid bruising.  We do require a minimum of 2 weeks hair growth, 3 is best, or else hair is too short & unable to be waxed. In this circumstance, Brazilian wax will not be charged but a cancellation fee will be applied.
