BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Credit Card information is required upon booking. This card is only charged in the case of a late cancel or no-show. When the appointment is completed please have the form of payment you would like to use on hand. Choose from a list of our fully experienced & independent cosmetologists, aestheticians & massage therapists who rent space from Glow. Gifts cards & FSA/HSA cards can not be used to book online, but may be used at cashout.

For special requests, allergies, or if you would like to be added to the waitlist, please indicate in the appointment notes. If booking for a guest, create the appointment with their information; If it’s a surprise you may use your information, just indicate it in the notes.

CANCELLATIONS

All appointments that are canceled, missed, or rescheduled with any less than a 24-hour notice will automatically be charged a 50% fee of the original service total. This has been put into place to protect our therapist time & livelihood. We kindly ask for your cooperation & understandment when booking an appointment with us, it reserves that time for you only & when canceling with short notice there is not enough time for a rebook, leaving the schedule empty.

A credit card will be needed in order to schedule appointments & will be charged automatically if breaking this policy. Clients with an expired card on file will be contacted for payment & will not be able to be serviced until the fee has been paid. Late arrivals are still responsible to pay the full price of the service. Sickness, covid related situations, school cancelations, & the weather forecast do not excuse this policy. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Minors (Children 15 & younger) need a Parent or Guardians Consent in order to receive Spa Services including massage, facials, waxing & lashes at Glow. Please submit the form below.

Minors (Children 15 & younger) are not permitted to receive Spa Services at Glow without Parent / Guardian consent. Minors can only receive massages, facials, lash & brows, and waxing only with this consent from parent or guardian. ❖ The consenting adult, child, and therapist will establish goals for the services. ❖ Both child & parent or guardian are comfortable with the child being in the treatment room by themselves, otherwise, parent or guardian should be in treatment room during each session. ❖ Appropriate etiquette/draping will be observed at all times during treatments. By signing this form, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child receiving the treatments. You acknowledge that you are aware of the health risk inherent in any form of hands on services provided from any massage, facials, makeup, lash & brows, and waxing that your child will be receiving and waive any and all claims to damages, accidents, illness, and injuries that you or your child may have against Glow Hair Skin and Harmony or any of the registered therapists that may be used by Glow Hair Skin and Harmony. I grant permission for my minor child to receive all treatments from Glow Hair Skin and Harmony. I have accurately filled out the guest intake form for the minor that is going to be receiving the treatment(s) today and any future dates with Glow. I am aware of the legal waiver that is in full effect with this signature for the person receiving the treatments/services as well as myself.

We kindly request all clients to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time and have their updated facial, massage, waxing, lash/brow, or hair waiver filled out. Each appointment is handled in accordance with the spa schedule for that day. Late arrivals are still responsible to pay the full price of the service and the service times may need to be adjusted.

Glow accepts payment in Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, FSA/HSA, cash & check. There is a $12 returned check fee. Prices are subject to change & vary upon stylist.

GRATUITIES

Most Glow therapist take Venmo as a form of gratuity. All therapist take cash, card, or check as gratuity. Please ask receptionist which options are available for your therapist.

REFUNDS

Glow has a zero refund policy on all services, retail & gift cards. Services at Glow are nonrefundable. Products purchased at Glow are nonrefundable & cannot be returned/exchanged. Gift Cards are non refundable & cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another gift card.

When booking an appointment with the salon, please be aware of the stylist experience level and understand in the unfortunate event of dissatisfaction, clients may return only with the original stylist for corrections. This appointment must be within 10 days of the original appointment date and will incur a styling fee.

COMFORT CONSIDERATIONS

All children visiting Glow must be supervised at all times for their safety.
